Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our growing team of professionals. You'd be the glue that holds the office together, supporting your team and management by handling the administrative functions of the office.
Accounting Administration:
- Managing purchasing orders and accounts payable invoices, including weekly reporting
- Keeping work order logs and client billing files up-to-date
- Ensuring billable extra opportunities
- Managing accounts receivable
General Administrative Support:
- Filing all paperwork
- Assistance in the coordination of office requirements
- Creating and sending daily reports to operational and management personnel
You might be a good fit if you have:
- minimum of 2 years experience within a business office with accounting related responsibilities
- A focus on building and managing meaningful internal and external client and supplier relationships
- Minimum college diploma
